Arlington 2016 Delegation Meeting

The Arlington County Democratic Committee will host a meeting of the Arlington Democratic Delegates and Alternates to the 8th District and State Democratic Conventions for both Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders. The purpose is to learn more about the process and conduct some convention business, like selecting Chairs for the Arlington Clinton and Sanders Delegation to the 8th District.

TH 4/28 location update: George Mason University, Arlington Campus – Founders Hall Auditorium (3351 Fairfax Drive, Arlington, VA 22201)

This meeting will begin at about 6:15 PM on Wednesday, May 4 immediately preceding the Arlington Democratic Committee’s General Meeting at George Mason University, Arlington Campus – Founders Hall Auditorium (3351 Fairfax Drive, Arlington, VA 22201). We will also hear from 8th District Convention Chair, Margo Horner as well as others involved in the convention planning process.

Arlington Delegates and Alternates are expected to attend the May 14 8th District Convention. Registration starts at 9:00 AM and the convention will conclude around 2:00 PM. If you are a Delegate or Alternate and unable to attend the convention, please email me as soon as possible. It is important for every Arlington Delegate and Alternate slot to be filled. There is a process for Alternates to move into Delegate slots if there should be openings.
